The standard interior design package includes high-performance EnergyStar certified KitchedAid appliances, a Rinnai tankless hot water system, and an Asko UltraCare Washer/Dryer. All Ocean Homes include natural gas connections and waste link-ups to the city sewage system. These new floathomes meet or exceed all current BC building standards.

Mosquito Creek Marina

Construction is currently underway at Mosquito Creek Marina for new floathome moorage alongside the award-winning Spirit Trail. The Ocean Homes will be oriented to optimize views, light, and fresh air with exterior balconies affording panoramic water, city, and marina views.

Mosquito Creek, tucked between Grouse Mountain and Vancouver, is only 10 minutes away from Lonsdale Quay and the SeaBus Terminal with ferries every 15 minutes to the Waterfront Terminal in Vancouver.
